Many additional services are offered by the New York Metro Conference Center.

TECHNOLOGY & EQUIPMENT

You may select to add optional equipment and IT support to your rental.​

Fee: $100/hr

 

Package includes:

 

  • Use of equipment: white board (static), digital white boards with internet access, monitors with internet access, wifi, audio speakers, microphones, projectors, video cameras, laptops (2 available).

 

  • On-site IT technician present for the duration of your event

KITCHEN & CATERING

You may select optional kitchen access to support your rental.

 

Fee: Flat rate of $100

 

Use of the kitchen to store, prepare, refrigerate, heat, serve, or consume food will incur the kitchen use fee. If this option is selected, you and your caterer have full access to the kitchen area and equipment.

 

The kitchen features a heated holding cabinet, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig coffee machine, and ample counters and storage.

 

Please note the fee is charged for any use of the kitchen, including basic refrigeration and storage.

 

You may consume food in your meeting room without incurring the kitchen fee. There is no charge if you bring in your own food or arrange a delivery that does not entail use of the kitchen.
